I’m Lisa Diaz, the proud owner of Phoenix Business Services Inc.

I worked at an accounting firm carrying out bookkeeping and tax preparation. I loved every aspect of my job, especially when clients were happy with the outcomes.

After a number of years, the owner passed away, and I was offered the chance to purchase the business. I felt proud to carry forward my employer’s legacy while having the opportunity to leave my own mark on the accounting processes.

I’ve now been in the bookkeeping business for over thirty years and since taking over the reins, I’ve witnessed steady growth by maintaining a professional code of conduct, and ethical practices.

Therefore, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty. I also attribute my success to being prompt in my approach, which empowers my clients to make timely decisions. 

In addition, whether I’m assisting a client in setting up a new business, preparing accurate tax returns, or solving an inheritance matter, I always go the extra mile.

Exceeding my clients’ expectations has given me immense satisfaction. It’s also rewarding to be the boss and manage my own work schedule.

When I’m not crunching numbers, I love taking vacations with friends and family. In addition, I like to volunteer in my local community by serving meals to the less fortunate.
